M2Ke design is a Sole Proprietor business owned and operated by David R. Hill, R.A. Mr. Hill is an experienced architect licensed to practice in Indiana, Illinois and New York. He has over 15 years of experience working for several architectural firms of varying size, with an additional five years as a project manager for a Chicago based construction company.
M2Ke design offers the following services, with fees calculated on a lump sum or fixed fee basis unless other arrangements are preferred.
- Planning, programming and project definition services, to include assisting the owner in establishing project scope, schedule and budget
- Architectural design services
- Coordination of civil, structural and MEP engineering consultants, and other specialty consultants, contracted by the owner
- Bidding and negotiation services
- Construction or contract administration services
- Selection, specification and coordination of owner purchased furniture, fixtures and equipment
